Nintendo Entertainment Analysis & Development was a division of the Japanese company Nintendo. It was founded in 1989 when Nintendo Research & Development 4 was reorganized and expanded.

It was split into five groups in 2005 after a corporate restructuring by the then-president of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata.  

In 2015, it was merged with Nintendo Software Planning & Development to form Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development.

Action-Adventure Game Compilation. Includes The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask.

1996
Platform Game. The Koopa King, Bowser, sealed Princess Peach and her servants in the castle. Mario rescues them with stars.

1995
Platform Game. A Yoshi carries a baby Mario to rescue his brother Luigi.

1993
Action-Adventure Game. Link washes up on a beach and needs to wake the Wind Fish.
Platform Game Compilation: It is comprised of enhanced remakes of the first four Super Mario Bros. home console games.

1992
Kart Racing Game. Mario and his friends race in go-karts on courses throughout the Mushroom Kingdom and beyond.

1991
Action-Adventure Game. The Sacred Realm has been sealed into darkness. Link has to rescue seven maidens to break the seal.
City-Building Game. Co-developed with Maxis. Create a town and grow it into a megalopolis in the game that popularized the genre.

1990
Platform Game. Mario and Luigi travel to Dinosaur Land to rescue Princess Peach.
