Microids is a French video game developer that was founded in 1985 by Elliot Grassiano. It merged with MC2 in 2003 and became MC2-Microïds. It was renamed MC2 in 2005 and was acquired by Anuman Interactive in 2007, after which it was renamed Microïds. It was renamed Microids in 2019, and Anuman Interactive became known as Microids, SA.
