369 Interactive was a division of Radical Entertainment that was established in 2003 to develop CSI games for UbiSoft. When Radical Entertainment was purchased by Vivendi in 2005, the 369 Interactive division was halted, and the 369 Interactive employees were absorbed into Radical Entertainment itself.  UbiSoft had to find another developer to continue the CSI franchise, which it found in Telltale Games.
