| Gary Owens (born Gary Altman) was an American voice actor who was born in Mitchell, South Dakota on May 10, 1936 and died on February 12, 2015 in Las Angeles, California at the age of 80. He is most known as the announcer in the television series Laugh-In and as the original voice of Space Ghost. He is known to adventure gamers as the narrator in the Space Quest series. He was set to reprise his role of narrator in SpaceVenture, but his health fell into decline before he could record his lines. |  |
