Dynamix was founded in 1984 in Eugene, Oregon. In 1990, they were purchased by Sierra. After Sierra was purchased by Vivendi, Dynamix was closed in 2001. The Dynamix label is not used by the current rights holders, Activision. Re-releases of Dynamix games are now published under the Activision label.
