Edna & Harvey: The Breakout still hasn't received an English release, but Adventure Treff, the German adventure site, has an interview in German where a sequel or spinoff of Edna and Harvey is mentioned. There is also a picture of work-in-progress box art available.
The first game has received great praise for it's German release, so a sequel isn't surprising. There is no mention of a possible release date yet.
