Zork: Grand Inquisitor

Zork Nemesis was the fifteenth game set in the Zork universe, and the ninth game in the main Zork series.  It was released on February 26, 1997.  A nameless adventurer is sent to the Underground by a dungeon master who has been imprisoned in a lantern. He implores the adventurer to help restore magic to the world, and stopping the Grand Inquisitor from taking control with a world of technology.

Zork Nemesis is now supported by ScummVM, a program designed to let 2D adventure games run on multiple platforms. With ScummVM, Zork Nemesis now runs on modern versions of windows, as well as Linux, Mac OS X, and many consoles such as Dreamcast, Wii, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable.
