Venture Moon Industries was founded in 2014 by Bill Tiller, Gene Mocsy, and Jeremiah Grant, three game developers who had previously worked on games by Autumn Moon Entertainment.  The company was founded because the three wanted an equal partnership in the company, and Autumn Moon was solely owned by Bill Tiller.  As such, the rights to use the Azurbbean from Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island will be licensed to Venture Moon by Autumn Moon for use in Duke Grabowski.
