A Vampyre Story 2: A Bat's Tale will be the sequel to A Vampyre Story, a game by Autumn Moon Entertainment, lead by The Curse of Monkey Island art director Bill Tiller. This game will pick up where the last game left off, where the reluctant vampire Mona travels from Draxylvania to Paris to try and regain her former life as an opera singer. In this game, gamers will be able to control both Froderick the bat as well as Mona the vampire.
The game went on hiatus, as the original publisher Crimson Cow lacked the investment to fund the production of the game. The prequel, A Vampyre Story: Year One, was being funded and self-published by Autumn Moon, but that game is on indefinite hiatus.
The rights reverted back to Autumn Moon and they are working with Tag of Joy to release the game in 2025.
