Himalaya Studios is a video game company based in Delaware, United States, that was formed in 2006 by Chris Warren and Britney Brimhall.  It was officially incorporated in 2011.  They are the commercial branch of AGD Interactive, which released fan game remakes of Sierra adventure games. Prior to the formation of AGD Interactive in 2003, the fan game remakes were released under the name Tierra Entertainment.
